Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2022

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Topping the list for the Education was Education Health Advisor Joshua Tepper, who brought home $358,175.46 in 2021.

Following Joshua Tepper was Deputy Minister Nancy Naylor, with annual earnings of $346,606.02. Education Officer Lynn Grittani made $254,122.35, Assistant Deputy Minister, Education Labour and Finance Division Andrew Davis made $250,890.87, and Chief Information Officer Soussan Tabari round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $231,416.02 for the Education 2022 Sunshine List.
